The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· when placing an order with a member of our team either over the phone or via email
· if you use the contact form or live chat facility on our website.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
· whereby a Claret Seven (Sports) client provides us with player information on their behalf
· whereby a Claret Seven (Business) client provides us with employee information as part of our wider remit

Should you become a client of Claret Seven, the email address you submit will be added to our database. This account is password protected and only accessible to approved users within the business.
You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes, as outlined further below. Email address that have been opted-out of marketing communications, will be retained in a ‘suppression list’ for the purpose of ensuring they do not receive further emails and that your preferences are respected in the future.

How we store your personal information
